Organiser responsibility
Each competition identifies its organiser. The organiser is responsible for the competition terms, entry payments, refunds, winner contact and prize fulfilment.
Competris provides competition-management technology while organisers remain responsible for the competitions they publish and operate.
Each competition identifies its organiser. The organiser is responsible for the competition terms, entry payments, refunds, winner contact and prize fulfilment.
Paid entry payments are processed directly on the organiser's connected Stripe account. Competris does not hold entrant funds.
Eligible entries are selected using secure random selection and the confirmed result is stored against the competition.
Competris records entries, payment references, ticket IDs, draw confirmations and competition activity needed to operate the system.
Entrants and visitors can report concerns from the relevant competition page. Reports are placed in an admin review queue and can lead to investigation or suspension.
Organisers are responsible for ensuring their competition structure, rules, advertising and entry methods comply with the requirements that apply to them.
Use the reporting route for concerns such as a prize not being provided, a serious payment or refund issue, misleading competition information, concerns about the published terms, or other activity you believe Competris should review.
Submitting a report does not itself cancel a payment or guarantee a refund. Because entrant payments are made directly to organisers, payment disputes and refunds should also be raised with the organiser and, where appropriate, the payment provider.
Competition dates, eligibility, entry methods, prize details and organiser-specific conditions are set on each competition page.
