One commission calculation when a paid competition ends
The commission rate is locked to the competition when it is created as a paid competition. Entrant payments continue to go directly to the organiser. When the competition ends, Competris calculates the applicable commission separately and bills the organiser using their registered payment method.
Organisers receive their own entry payments
The organiser is responsible for the competition, prizes, refunds and entrant payments. Competris supplies the competition software and Stripe connection. Entrant payments are made directly to the organiser; Competris does not receive, hold, settle or process those payments on the organiser's behalf. Competris subscription and commission charges are billed separately to the organiser.
